I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist with over 6,000 clinical hours, trained in Psychosynthesis, a transpersonal, integrative approach to therapy that works with the whole person: mind, body, emotions, and deeper Self.
I work with women and couples, focusing on self-worth, attachment patterns, boundaries, and embodied psychological integration. I see clients in person at London Bridge and online, working bilingually in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
AUTÊNTICA brings together the core themes I work with in therapy: inner child healing, boundaries, self-compassion, somatic awareness, and reconnection with the Self, all into a structured, accessible programme. The guided practices are rooted in the same meditative and reflective work I use with my clients every week.
This work changed my life. And I am honoured to guide you through it.
